Accessibility
The application of article 47 of the law of February 11th, 2005 on the equality of opportunity stipulates that all the on-line services of the State must be accessible to all.
What is digital accessibility?
An accessible website is a site which allows all the Internet users to reach its contents without any trouble, including the people who present a handicap and use software or specialized materials. An accessible site allows for example of:
- Navigating with speech synthesises or Braille ranges (in particular used by the blind Internet users or the partially-sighted persons).
- Personalizing the display of the site according to its needs (ex: swelling of the characters).
- Navigating without using the mouse, with the keyboard only or via a touch-sensitive screen.
Navigation
Fast menu of accesses
They are the first accessible links with the navigation in the keyboard, they allow to navigate towards the main zones of the site (ex: navigation, search, contents).

The menu is cut in 3 sections:

- Contributions
- Subscription
Logo
Clicking the logo in the header of the page allows to return to the homepage.
The search engine
A search engine is present and allows to make researches for articles on the site.

Your browser arranges by default several tools allowing to help you to browse Web.

On Mac : it is enough to replace in combinations announced above the touch
Ctrl
by the touchCmd
to make the same actions.
Navigation in the keyboard
This site was conceived so as to allow the navigation the keyboard on all of pages. In most of the cases, you just have to use the touch Tabulation
of your keyboard to navigate successively of a clickable element to another clickable element in the page. Conversely, if you wish to go back up in the inverse direction of the reading, use the combination of touches Maj + Tabulation
.
Printing
Users of keyboard, you have the possibility of printing any page of the site by reaching the desired page then by pressing simultaneously on touches Ctrl + P
of your keyboard if you are on PC or Cmd + P
if you are on Mac.
